- Over 20 years of experience in business communications across ecommerce, education, marketing, distribution, technology, media, project management, and book and magazine publishing. I have worn a lot of hats!
- A bachelor’s degree in English and creative writing from Emory University
- An Executive MBA from Georgia State University
- A long history of working with my family’s business (a direct mail and ecommerce distribution business with over 12,000 products for outdoor professionals worldwide), now in its third generation
